***SAFE 05/23/16***GORGEOUS CALICO LADY WANTS TO BE YOUR NEW BFF! Isn’t 3 year old Kathie beautiful? This AVERAGE RATED little lady has a story to tell. Her owner died about 4 months ago, and she was living alone with someone coming to visit her and feed her every once in a while. Then a different person came and picked her up, and she wound up at the ACC! She was a bit frightened upon first arrival, but has since relaxed and is lapping up the attention! The poor love is probably loving all the company after being left alone for so long. But of course, she’s caught the shelter germs, and the ACC don’t care how sweet she is. They’ll KILL HER AT NOON TOMORROW if a new friend isn’t found for her in time! Kathie appreciates attention and is eager for affection. Can she be your new snuggle buddy? Save her TONIGHT!

05/12/2016 PET PROFILE MEMO
05/12/16 14:30 Kathie is an adult female DSH cat. Her owner passed away 4 months ago and someone was visiting to care for her in her home since. A staff member in the building entered the home, picked up Kathie, and brought her to ACC in a box. She reports that Kathie was friendly and tolerant with her. Kathie was tense and walked around the counter trying to hide. She walked behind the backdrop, but when I went behind it, she approached and stood next me while I pet her head. She allowed me to scan her (-), collar her, pick her up, and put her in a carrier. She meowed often. She didn’t resist. She ate wet food.
