09/06/2017 AT RISK MEMO
Jynx is at-risk with an adult only determination. Her previous owner reports she is friendly and outgoing around strangers, but she displays fearful behavior in the shelter setting and does not appear to be thriving. She hides in her cubby and becomes stiff and alert when approached for interaction. Although she allows gentle petting, she curls her body up and leans away to avoid further contact. When overwhelmed, she will hiss and flatten her ears against her head.
