Juxy was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to his behavior in his previous home.
MEDICAL BEHAVIOR:
Very sweet but a little nervous. Easily handle able. Did well for all medical handling and procedures
ENRICHMENT NOTES:
11/09/17
Sitting in center of kennel with feet folded beneath him, ears forward. Makes eye contact when spoken to. He comes forward as I open the kennel door and allows petting along his head and body, leaning in and raising his tail. Does not react when the cat below him reaches his paw up into his line of sight. Doing great!

Juxy was relaxed and lying down on his blanket near the back of the kennel.
Reaction when softly spoken to:
Juxy is curious then slowly rises up and approaches the front of the kennel to investigate.
Reaction to cage door opening:
Juxy pauses and lip licks.
Reaction to touch:
Juxy appears unsure of it all and looks around the kennel when the assessor approaches him. After a few soft pets he starts to perk and gently nudges the assessor’s hand for attention. He starts purring and gives head butts.
Reaction to being picked up:
Juxy was calm, relaxed and allowed all handling.
