GONE 5/3/18 **FIV POSITIVE** JUNO was picked up at an apartment after owner was evicted. He is FIV positive and has something causing his abdomen to be distended. JUNO needs further medical eval. He is already neutered and needs follow up care. He was brought in with housemates.

Subjective / Observed Behavior – BAR, resisted handling but not aggressive. used paws to gently try to get away; preferred lateral recumbency for exam.
Evidence of Cruelty seen – none

EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: dc 1/5; pd 1/5.
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: No murmur ausculted; CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, distended and tense.
U/G: neutered male.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: grossly normal.
