*** SAFE 11/03/17 *** Junior is a recently spayed 1 year old who is on the shy side…so being in a shelter is not exactly going to help her blossom. According to her bio, she is respectful around other cats. She just needs a place to come out of her shell….Junior is rescue only so please email the Help Desk for rescue referrals
Staten Island Center
Hello, my name is Junior. My animal id is #10454. I am a desexed female gray cat at the Staten Island Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks I am about 1 years old.
I came into the shelter as a owner surrender on 22-Oct-2017, with the surrender reason stated as person circumstance- moving.
Junior 10454 is at risk for behavior concerns (New Hope Only Behavior Determination). She has been fearful in care center and has displayed distance-increasing behavior. She accepts some handling and interaction but is visibly uncomfortable and will attempt to move away.
