JUJU – A1091669
Gone - 10-13-2016 Brooklyn
***GONE 10/13/16***PRETTY JUJU is a 2 year old soft gray and white tabby with lovely green eyes. She was brought into the shelter as a stray with one little 3 month old kitten, who luckily was rescued and adopted out!! We hope JUJU has the same luck as her kitten!! JUJU is an affectionate kitty. When a visitor says hi, she stretches out and head butts the cage door as if to say, “Come pet me!” She brushes against the visitor’s hand, wanting more attention. JUJU doesn’t like being pet on her back and lets you know it. But besides that, she’s a friendly sweet girl! JUJU would make an amazing kitty friend in an experienced pet home! She is sadly on the list to be killed tomorrow at the shelter. Please don’t let this amazingly sweet cat die! Please rescue SWEET JUJU TODAY!!!

10/04/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Juju was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to her behavior in her previous home. Reaction to assessor: Juju was lying down at the front of the kennel and was looking out at her surroundings. Reaction when softly spoken to: Juju stretches her body out then leans forward and lightly head butts the kennel door. Reaction to cage door opening: Juju is calm and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Juju leans in for rubs allowing petting all over her body. She appreciates attention, lightly head butts and brushes up against the assessor’s hand for attention. When she’s rubbed on her back for an extended period of time she can whip around and growl as a warning to stop. Reaction to being picked up: Juju was a bit tense when picked up but slowly relaxed in the assessor’s arms. Behavior Determination: Average Juju interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
