I am a neutered male brn tabby and white domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 18 YEARS old.
I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 11/18/2016 from NY 11208, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

11/21/2016 Exam Type RE-EXAM – Medical Rating is 4 NC – SEVERE CONDITIONS NOT CONTAGIOUS, Behavior Rating is NONE, Weight 6.1 LBS.
11/21/16 Recheck – geriatric cat with mandibular mass. Last day of LRS yesterday. O: BARH. mm=pink, moist, CRT<2 s. Able to eat and drink, eating well and has consumed all water. ORAL/EENT: Firm mass caudal right mandible and rostral right maxilla. Unable to close mouth completely, tongue deviated to the left. No oral bleeding, no epistaxis. H/L: Lungs clear, no dyspnea. ABD: Palpation WNL. MS: Thin body condition. INTEG: Good skin turgor. A: Stable and euhydrated. Mandibular/maxillary mass – r/o neoplasia (fibrosarcoma, SCC, osteosarcoma). P: Do not need to continue Sq fluids. Monitor ability to eat/drink, watch for signs of discomfort. Poor prognosis. 11/19/16 CAGE EXAM — KNOWN MANDIBULAR MASS AND OLD AGE EATING WITH GOOD APPETITE. STABLE AT TIME OF EXAM. ACTIVE AND CONTENT. 11/18/16 scan positive 985121008654482 ~18yrs, neutered S/O: BAR. Moderately dehydrated. 11/23/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – BEGINNER
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Jigger was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to his behavior in his previous home. Reaction to assessor: Jigger was resting in his litter box and slowly turns his head towards the assessor and glances over with calm, relaxed eyes. Reaction when softly spoken to: Jigger comes forward to greet the assessor with his tail erect then gently brushes up against the kennel door. Reaction to cage door opening: Jigger is calm, relaxed and starts to purr softly. Reaction to touch: Jigger brushes up against the assessor’s hand and purrs softly when rubbed on his cheeks. He is very affectionate, allows petting all over and gives soft head butts when rubbed on his head. Reaction to being picked up: Jigger is calm, relaxed and has a soft body when held. Behavior Determination: Beginner Jigger interacts with the assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. No known history of behavioral problems. This cat can go to a beginner home.
