Jerry is an 8 year old neutered male DSH that owner has to surrender due to personal problems.
According to the owner, around strangers Jerry is shy at first but once comfortable will approach the person and rub his face against them purring. He has been around children ages 4-13 & was always respectful and playful with the children. Owner had 19 other cats in the home & stated that Jerry was always respectful around the other cats. He has never been around other dogs so behavior is unknown. Jerry has never bit another animal or person while in the care of the owner.
Jerry is afraid of being given a bath, having his nails trimmed and being put into a carrier and will struggle to run away. He is not bothered by having her coat brushed and being picked up/held.
