EENT: Eyes have purulent d/c, chemosis, and conjunctivitis ou, ears clean, purulent nasal discharge bilterally
Oral Exam: kitten dentition, no oral ulcers
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FI with purulent vuvlar d/c, no MGTs
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, unkempt hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment:
URI with conjunctivitis
Purulent vulvar d/c
Underage
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC
Start doxycycline 10mg/kg PO SID x10d
Start erythromycin OU BID x10d
Recheck 5, 10 days
