EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: Teeth fully erupted with mild staining, pink mm
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Parvo test neg
Assessment: Diarrhea – R/O intestinal parasites, +/- stress vs other
Plan: Rec metronidazole 0.3ml PO q12 x 5 days, dewormed during intake exam.
Prognosis: Excellent
SURGERY: Okay for surgery
