Medical Summary scan: neg sex: male intact est age: 1-2yrs S/O: Cat is Q/BAR, sternal in carrier, not moving, crying in pain P-200, R-40 Sedated with 0.2cc Telazol IM mm-pink, tacky; crt<2s Heart/lungs auscult wnl Abdominal palpation – bladder full, but soft and easily expressed Took right lateral VD pelvic radiographs which reveal fx of left ischium Right hind paw appears swollen compared to left Coat wnl A: Pelvic Fracture P: Recommend rescue placement, will inform NH to send plea Gave 100mLs SQ LRS Gave 0.21cc buprenorphine IM at 10:19am PROGNOSIS: Fair depending on neurologic status – will reassess tomorrow am

P: Recommend rescue placement, will inform NH to send plea

Gave 100mLs SQ LRS

Gave 0.21cc buprenorphine IM at 10:19am

PROGNOSIS:

Fair depending on neurologic status – will reassess tomorrow am
