Medical Summary DVM Intake Exam Findings History Subjective Observed Behavior – allows all handling Evidence of Cruelty seen – n Evidence of Trauma seen – n Objective P = 160 R =wnl BCS 5/9 een: ou sero mucoid d/c Oral Exam: moderate tartar PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: walnut sized mammary tumor left mg #2, smooth, solitary MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment mammary tumor Plan erythormycin for eyes MGT carries a poor prognosis. this mass is unusal in that it is solitary and appear well circumscibed. However, MGT have a high rate of metastatis. recc confirmation of diagnosis by FNA
