EENT: Eyes clear, ears have mild otic debris, AU; no nasal or ocular discharge noted; abrasion along the bridge of the nose
Oral Exam: dc 2/5; fractured 104.
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: 2/6 parasternal murmur ausculted with intermittent skipped beat; CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: intact male. testicles smooth and symmetrical
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, dull, slightly dirty hair coat.
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: grossly normal.

SQ fluids LRS 125ml q24h x 3 days
