CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Grade 3/6 heart murmur (non-clinical at this time).
Prognosis: fair to good
Plan: Recommend new hope placement with full geriatric workup with local veterinary clinic (cardiology consult).
