I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 09/14/2016 from NY 10457, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

09/14/16 08:26 BASIC INFO Jacks A1089725 is an approximately 8 month old dsh. He is being surrendered to the shelter because he was found outside as a stray. Finder cannot keep. Finder placed Jacks in a carrier and brought him to ACCNYC. BEHAVIOR DURING INTAKE Jacks allowed all handling, collaring and photos.
