Medical Summary scan: neg sex: female est age: 3mos S/O: Kitten is QAR, but fights restraint, needed cat gloves to remove from pet carrier and was hissing and trying to get away, would most likely bite if pushed due to fear We decided it was in the best interest of this kitten to give sedation for the exam and vaccines due to her stress level; gave 0.06cc Telazol IM BCS 4/9 EENT – bilateral mucopurulent ocular and nasal discharge; OS and nose crusted shut; blepharospasm and chemosis OU; cermuninous debris AU Kitten’s tongue stuck to the roof of her mouth from dried mucopurulent discharge Increased skin tent and tacky mm A: FeLV+, URI, Conjunctivitis, Dehydration P: Gave 30mLs LRS SQ, cleaned crusted discharge from nose and eyes; applied erythromycin OU Kitten is too young for a Convenia inj and may not be able to handle for oral medication – will put on Tx for doxy and erythromycin, but depending on kitten’s behavior may not allow; gave 0.06cc Bup SR SQ PROGNOSIS: Poor-Guarded
