I am a neutered male brn tabby and white domestic sh. The shelter thinks I am about 6 YEARS old.

I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 09/09/2016 from NY 10029, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY. I came in with Group/Litter #K16-073465.

09/25/2016 Exam Type CAGE EXAM – Medical Rating is 3 C – MAJOR CONDITIONS , Behavior Rating is BEGINNER, Weight 15.9 LBS.

Licking nose, hx sneezing and dirty cage glass. Move to isolation, start doxyxycline 1.4 ml PO SID x10 days. 1088

09/09/2016 PET PROFILE MEMO
09/09/16 11:19 Izzy was found as a stray on 9/9/16. His finder stated when he found him he and his brother were snuggled up in a crate very quiet. He reached into there crate to pet then and Izzy chirped and rose his head up. Behavior during intake: Izzy allowed me to pet him, collar him and pick him up. He head butted and chirped when i pet him while he was in his carrier. He still allowed me to pet him while out of his carrier. He hesitated to go back into his carrier but did after i directed him in. he showed no signs of aggression. Once in his carrier he meowed.

Reaction to assessor: Izzy immediately comes soliciting at the front of the cage. Reaction to door opening: Izzy remains standing at the front of the cage, relaxed body posture, soliciting attention. Reaction to touch: Izzy head-butts the assessor’s hand and appreciates petting on the head and body. Reaction to Being Picked up: Allows the pickup and remains calm. Placement determination: Beginner Izzy interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
