*** SAFE 06/05/16 *** INKI HAS A BAD COLD…..it’s a gift from the ACC and it allows them to kill list purrfectly nice, well-behaved cats like INKI in their parade of Doom…..INKI was found wandering in a building…..apparently no one puts up lost & found posters anymore……and was brought to the ACC. INKI has a fabulous BEGINNER rating, he was calm in his assessment and started head-butting. But now, like anyone with a cold, he doesn’t want to eat and is feeling down. PLEASE DON’T LET INKI BE ANOTHER STATISTIC AT THE ACC…..Colds can be cured, Death can not. APPLY TO FOSTER OR ADOPT INKI NOW!!

I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 05/26/2016 from NY 10458, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

5/26/16 18:43 Basic information: Inki was brought in as a stray. The finder found her in a building hallway, the finder placed Inki in a cat carrier and brought Inki to the shelter. No other information could be provided during intake. Intake Behavior: During intake Inki had tense, stiff body. Inki allowed to be scanned (negative), collared, placed in a cat kennel. Jason P. Reaction to assessor: Inki immediately comes soliciting at the front of the cage. Reaction to door opening: Inki remains standing at the front of the cage, relaxed body posture, soliciting attention. Reaction to touch: Inki head-butts the assessor’s hand and appreciates petting on the head and body. Reaction to Being Picked up: Allows the pickup and remains calm. Placement determination: Beginner Inki interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.

Intact male Scan negative for a microchip About 3 years old Eyes are clear Nose= No discharge Ears are a little waxy Teeth are intact and stainned Good appetite Coat is clean Dewormed with Pyrantel Flea Treatment= Activyl As of now no signs of URI As of now no V/S/C/D NOSF Was very nervous during the initial and then became agitated . Had to limit handling.
