Oral Exam: kitten dentition

ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: MI, 2 testicles palpated
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites but flea dirt noted, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Underage
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC
Prognosis: good
SURGERY: temporary waiver for surgery due to underage
