Medical Summary scan: neg. sex: male (possibly cryptorchid, unable to palpate testicles but kitten is also extremely thin) est age: 2-3mos (deciduous incisors still present) S/O: BARH Med Beh YELLOW very fearful at back of carrier, rolling and hissing, piloerection Sedated with 0.05cc Telazol IM for radiographs – hopped back into carrier BCS 2-3/9 (very thin muscle wasted) Healthy dentition Large amount of firm stool in colon, bladder small and soft Thick coat, Flea dirt+++ A: Underweight, Lameness, Fleas P: Large amount of stool in colon obstructing entire view of pelvis, possible fracture of right illium and/or SI subluxation Gave 0.06cc buprenorphine 0.5mg/ml buccally – continue BID x 3d and reassess lameness PROGNOSIS: Fair-Good
