HAIL – A1083338
Safe - 8-14-2016 Manhattan
***SAFE 08/14/16***OUTRAGEOUS! AVERAGE-rated HAIL was taken to the ACC with 9 other cats as part of a hoarding case. They were owned by someone who was so disconnected from reality, he had “NO IDEA” what their purrsonalities were like. Which is a shame, because he seemed to have had some lovely cats…and it’s going to be more of a shame if HAIL is KILLED tomorrow, simply because she started off in irresponsible hands, and then was handed off to KILLERS! Please do NOT let this GOOD GIRL be killed tomorrow. Advocate ferociously for HAIL,tonight!

08/03/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – AVERAGE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Hail was brought in without information on her behavioral tendencies in a home environment. However, she has lived with one senior and many other cats. She was relaxed upon intake and during her initial medical exam. Reaction to assessor: Hail was curled up by the back with her tail wrapped closely to her body. Reaction when softly spoken to: Hail meows softly and lip licks. Reaction to cage door opening: Hail remains motionless. Reaction to touch: Hail sticks her head forward to sniff the assessor’s hand and nudges it with her nose. She head-butts, leans in for petting, and begins to purr. She slowly comes to the front, closes her eyes when petted, and really seems to appreciate petting. Reaction to being picked up: Hail remains calm and allows handling. Behavior Determination: Average Hail interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
