ENRICHMENT NOTES: 01/26/17
Seems like a house kitten that was dumped outside, and he’s not built for the outdoor life. Warms up really quickly, purrs. Social, friendly, allows all handling, a little anxious when held but no troubles. Using box appropriately. Gave a mouse toy and a couple treats. Really adorable. Update: Showed his vocal side this afternoon, actively soliciting attention. Social, friendly kitten. Loves catnip! Added some toys to his cage, a feather and a spring, both attached to pipe cleaners. After playing in the ‘nip, calmly curled up on his blanket, watching me and the activity in the room with softy eyes, relaxed posture.
