GINSENG – A1070348
Safe - 5-10-2016 Brooklyn
SAFE 5/10/16 A volunteer says, “When I first walked into the ‘holding room’ at the animal shelter, I saw a sweet little tabby sitting right up front by her cage door. She looked at me with sweet sad little eyes so I went right over and started speaking softly to her. When I opened the door to see if she would let me pet her she was so sweet and gentle. She LOVED the attention I was giving her. Ginseng is a lovely young lady, calm and gentle.”

Reaction when softly spoken to: Ginseng looks around at his surroundings, but slowly comes to the front and sniffs around.
Reaction to cage door opening: Ginseng crouches over and is alert, but remains calm.
Reaction to touch: Ginseng head-butts, leans in for petting, and seems to appreciate attention, however he continues to look around his surroundings from time to time and seems wary of the environment.
Reaction to pick up: Ginseng remains calm and allows handling.
