Microchip noted on Intake? Scanned negative
History : Stray kitten, appeared to be walking abnormally on RF foot at intake
Subjective: Mews, crawls around, very active
Objective
BAR, BCS 3/9, MMs pink
EENT: Mild crusty eye discharge OD, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: Deciduous incisors and canines erupted. PMs starting to erupt.
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Male kitten
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, no abnormalities noted on either front foot. Skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat.
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Mild conjunctivitis
Plan Erythromycin OU BID x10 days
Prognosis: Good
