**SAFE 08/14/16**HANDSOME GERTIE WAS SURRENDERED WHEN HIS FINDER COULD NOT KEEP HIM – NOW THIS CHILD FRIENDLY CAT IS GOING TO BE KILLED FOR A TREATABLE COLD!! GERTIE is a two year old cat who is good with small children, other cats and is playful, affectionate and has perfect house manners. What more can you want in a kitty? Yet the person finding him brought him to the ACC after 4 days figuring that THEY would find him a good home. WRONG!! The ACC is not capable of finding homes. All they are capable of is spreading their germs to healthy cats and then punishing them by a trip to the euth room! GERTIE does not deserve to die and he would LOVE to be your new best friend! PLEASE MAKE THIS BOY’S ENDING A HAPPY ONE BY CONTACTING A RESCUE NOW TO PULL HIM TO SAFETY!!
