S/O: BARH. Eating well. No signs or reports of diarrhea. All kittens bright, active, and nursing well

HL: No sneezing, normal RR/RE
INTEG: Full coat
MS: Ambulatory x 4
UG: Female, enlarged mammary glands, lactating
A: Underweight, lactating
P: Continue with current treatment and monitoring plan. Good prognosis
