Mildly underweight for frame
Ears waxy – cleaned, no sign of ear mites
Eyes, nose, throat clear
Teeth white – gums slightly pale.
**patches of alopecia behind ears, at shoulders, along hind legs. No lesions seen – strongly urge scan with Woods Lamp**
Coat dirty and bedraggled – flea dirt and fleas seen. Alopecia due to FAD?

PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: male intact
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, admitted with fleas, rough dirty haircoat, area of alopecia on medial portion of RFL at carpus – Woodslamp positive over limbs, ventrum, top of head
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

DTM culture
lime sulfur dip 2x week for 4-6 weeks
0.7ml Terbinafine SID x 14days, then extend for an additional 14-28days
recommend recheck DTM in 2 weeks
