EENT: OU-eyes partially open, mild crusting discharge at medial canthus; no nasal discharge
Oral Exam: mm pk, sl tacky; no dentitia
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: no murmur/arrhythmia; eupnic
ABD: slightly distended, nonpainful; rectum mildly irritated with one maggot noted around anus
U/G: male
MSI:
ambulatory x 4, no obvious orthopedic abnormalities
clean coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: mild irritation of anus with one maggot noted; no obvious wound on injury
