ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: MN nsf
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: AU r/o ear mites
Prognosis: good
Plan: Cleaned ears, repeat in 1 week
Ivermectin 0.15 SQ
Tresaderm 5 drops u bid x 14 days
