CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Plan gave 20 cc lrs and one dose 0.2ml doxy, doxy to continue

Frank was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to his behavior in his previous home.
MEDICAL BEHAVIOR:

Cage Condition: Cage recently cleaned
Reaction to assessor: Frank was relaxed at the back of the cage.
Reaction when softly spoken to: Frank perks up when spoken to softly then slowly approaches the front of the kennel.
Reaction to cage door opening: Frank is calm and relaxed.
Reaction to touch: Frank purrs softly when pet, gives head butts and is very curious of his environment. He brushes up against the assessor’s hand and appreciates attention.
Reaction to being picked up: Frank is calm, relaxed and has a soft body when held.
