Little restraint required for examination. Allows all body parts to be touched. Evidence of Cruelty seen – no Evidence of Trauma seen – no Objective T = NA P = wnl R = wnl BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears dark sandy debris AU, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Grade 0-1/4 dental dz PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: wnl MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: not performed Assessment: Otitis externa, AU – most likely secondary to Ear Mites Plan: LVT cleaned ears and applied Revolution. Acceptable candidate for adoption or rescue pending behavior eval. Schedule for spay. Prognosis: Good-Excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery
