*** SAFE 08/30/16 *** SKINNY GUY NEEDS SOME GOOD HOME COOKED MEALS!!…FLUTTER is a three year old stray who is just a little over 5 lbs!!….The ACC notes that he is dehydrated and not eating…..of course they had to give him their cold, so that’s not helping…..FLUTTER needs to see a competent vet stat!! He needs to get rehydrated and eating again…..PLEASE HELP FLUTTER GET THE ATTENTION HE NEEDS!! (The ACC didn’t even bother to give him a behavior evaluation) PLEASE OFFER TO FOSTER OR ADOPT!!
