Fluffy 19885 – 2 yr. male black cat, OS:
Lying in back of kennel, body neutral and head lowered onto kennel floor. Allows petting along head and body while turning to smell my hand, ears remaining forward. Curious but unsure. Needs more time to adjust.

H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, unkempt hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Underweight, URI, dental disease
Plan: Convenia 0.21ml SQ. Continue to monitor while at BACC
Temporary waiver due to URI, underweight
