Medical Summary 1/27/17 Sex: Male intact Scan: Negative Estimated age: 1-3 years old based on dentition and overall size Fleas: Some flea dirt and a few live fleas S: Calm, alert, comes to front of cage and meows, allows all handling O: BAR-H, BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Mild gingivitis. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No skin lesions noted. Some flea dirt and a few fleas. UG: Male intact, testicles soft and symmetrical. A: 1. Some fleas 2. Mild dental disease Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: 1.
