Oral Exam: clean adult teeth; very pale mm’s

PLN: No enlargements noted

H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic

ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated

U/G: FI

MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat

CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

pale mm’s- R/O anemia vs poor perfusion vs other

nasal and ocular discharge- R/O infectious vs other

emaciated- R/O starvation vs GI disease vs endocrine disease vs renal disease vs other

Plan

ate canned food very well

start doxycycline 17 mg PO SID x 10 days

move to isolation

bloodwork (see results in observation), recheck tomorrow

Prognosis: guarded
