Objective BAR-H, MMs pale pink, BCS 4/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Clean adult teeth PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Slightly tense, non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Female, lactating, soft mammary glands MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Normal externally Assessment: Apparently healthy female cat Plan: Spay Prognosis: Excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery 1088
