QARH- tolerated handling; looked weak
Intact female
Approx. 5 week old
Eyes- mild yellow discharge
Ears- clean
Nose- yellow discharge and crusty.
Clean face and applied terramycin to eyes
Gave dose of Amoxi /clav 0.15ml po per 0844
Ambx4- lethargic
Eating slurry on own but feed slurry through syringe in the beginning of exam.
Flea dirt seen on coat; frontline applied.
