Last saw a vet 4 years ago. No health concerns reported. Subjective: Calm, alert Observed Behavior – Allows all handling. Trembling/purring. Objective BAR, BCS 4/9, MMs pink EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Mild tartar PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Female, reported spayed MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy and very fluffy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Normal externally Assessment: Geriatric apparently healthy cat Plan: CBC/chemistry – all values unremarkable, which is remarkable for a 17 year old cat!! No signs of renal/liver failure, diabetes, GI disease etc. Prognosis: Good 1088
