GONE 11/13/17 DOROTHY was found as a stray in basement of an apartment building. Dorothy is very fractious. Cat mentally inappropriate. Reportedly feral and BLIND . Recommend neuro eval with a specialist. Please help Dorothy today before she is euthanized.

Subjective: Caution, very fractious. Cat mentally inappropriate. Reportedly feral and blind. Approaching cage elicits growling, hissing and striking. Growls, hisses, and meows very loudly on her own with no provocation, attacks her food bowl and towel. Very good appetite, intention tremors noted. Circling to left, hypermetric and unsteady gait.

MSI: Ambulatory x 4, fleas, no masses noted, fair hair coat, hypotrichosis along dorsum, generalized scaling
CNS: Mentation inappropriate.
