History: intake 7/10-finder treated with clavamox for a few days for wheezing. Started on doxycycline for URI. FIV+ and pregnant.
Lateral AXR-at least 4 mineralized skeletons, stomach full of ingesta, CXR appears normal in view, no other abnormalities
Subjective: BARH. Sneezing with audible upper resp congestion. Advanced pregnancy but unable to spay due to URI. Will move to iso for treatment until placed. Great appetite. No cvd.

EENT: corneal scar OD, OS wnl, ears clean, serous ocular d/c ou, mild serous nasal d/c
Oral Exam: adult dentition with oligodontia and mild to moderate dental disease, moist mm
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, eupneic but audible upper resp congestion and sneezing
ABD: very distended with palpable fetuses
U/G: FI, pregnant, no MGTs
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat with scabs on head
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

By the front, snoring (very congested). Makes eye contact when coaxed and gets up to greet by the opening. Accepts pets and arches body, purring. Leans in for body rubs and has a soft body posture throughout interaction. Very friendly and social.
