DOMINO – A1063311
Gone - 1-30-2016 Manhattan
*** DIED 01/30/16 *** THREE AMIGOS FROM ONE HOUSEHOLD WERE BROUGHT IN WHEN THEIR OWNER BECAME SICK – NOW THE ACC IS KILLING ALL THREE AT ONCE! DOMINO, CHRISSY AND JAGGER are 3 older kitties whose owner brought in due to being sick. DOMINO and JAGGER have caught the kitty cold, and CHRISSY is terribly scared, so they just decided to kill them all together. Two of these kitties have rave reviews from the staff there. As for DOMINO, a staff member writes: ”’Domino is a chunky gal who is looking to find her forever home. Here at the care center Domino is a bit nervous. She came from a home with several other cats, and her fur was matted and needed to be shaved. We think that is Domino meets someone who is willing to have patience and give her the time she needs to adjust to her new life, that person would find that they have found a wonderful companion and lifelong friend. Come on down to our Manhattan Care Center today to see this big lady.”’ And next we have JAGGER – A staff member writes: Jagger says “Can’t You Hear Me Knocking”? He’s try to let you know that he’s ready to go home with you! Just like our favorite Rolling Stones member, Jagger is an older guy who is looking for some to “Gimme Shelter” in a home of his own. He’s a bit nervous here at the shelter, but we know that if you take him home and give him the time he needs to warm up you, you won’t be singing “I Can’t Get No Satisfaction” any longer because you’ll have found a wonderful new friend! Jagger is at our Manhattan Care Center, come on down to meet him today! Poor CHRISSY is New Hope rated because she is afraid – but we are sure if the other 2 were good cats, that JAGGER will overcome her fear once she is out of the shelter cage and into a safe loving home. GIVE THESE THREE CATS A CHANCE TO ESCAPE DOOM TOMORROW AND HAVE A HAPPY ENDING TO THEIR STORY – CONTACT A RESCUE NOW TO SAVE DOMINO, CHRISSY AND JAGGER TONIGHT!

01/23/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Domino looks tense in her cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Domino remains crouched position at the back of the cage, alert with eyes wide open. Reaction to touch: Domino flinches during the touch and stiffens up in place with body held tightly. Placement determination: Experience / no child Domino tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
