EENT: Eyes clear, periocular dermatitis OD, significant amount of brown flaky debris AU, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam:Teeth clean, fully erupted
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Ear mites, trauma from scratching
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Ivermectin 0.065ml SQ. Cleaned ears and applied tresaderm AU. Rec erythromycin OU q12 x 5 days, tresaderm AU q12 x 7 days.
Prognosis: Good
