teeth clean, mild conjunctivitis ou, moderate mucoid nasal discharge, ears wnl
normal thoracic auscultation; normal abdominal palpation
integ wnl; ambulatory x 3, non weight bearing lf limb, swelling and crepitus mid-humerus
a: underweight, uri, left humeral fracture (closed, complete)
p: administered buprenex 0.06ml sq, doxycycline 0.3ml po. rec doxycycline 0.3ml po q24 x 10 days and buprenex 0.06ml q12 x 7 days. rec new hope placement for fracture repair. good prognosis with appropriate treatment.
