Was sedated for PE and to shave Evidence of Cruelty seen – no Evidence of Trauma seen – no Objective P = wnl R = wnl BCS 7/9 EENT: Eyes clear, mild waxy debris au, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: adult dentition with severe dental disease and fractured canines; oligodontia, no oral ulcers noted PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: MN MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, severely matted haircoat with urine soaking through and malodorous CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Matted Obese Plan: Telazol 0.2ml IM given for PE Groomed today while under sedation Rec weight loss CTM while at BACC Prognosis: excellent SURGERY: neutered
