DAMIEN – A1080545
Gone - 7-15-2016 Manhattan
***GONE 07/15/16***TRAPPED AND DUMPED! DANTE AND DAMIEN ARE 14 WEEK OLD SIBLINGS WHO WERE BROUGHT IN FROM THE BRONX AND NOW THESE TWO FRIGHTENED BROTHERS ARE FACING DEATH FOR A COLD THE SHELTER GAVE THEM! Someone from the Bronx who regularly traps cats and “finds them homes” or get them fixed, trapped DAMIEN and DANTE hours apart and rather than FINDING them a home, disposed of them at the ACC. These two kittens are obviously afraid and for that, the ACC has sentenced them to die. How is this fair? Kittens are so easy to socialize and a shelter who brags about a special program by Jackson Galaxy to get cats ready for adoption, they seem to be talking out of one side of their mouth and acting differently. DANTE and DAMIEN need a rescue angel tonight to give them a chance to regroup and find homes. CAN SOMEONE FOSTER THESE BABIES? ADOPT? YOU HAVE TIL 12 NOON TO CONTACT A RESCUE TO PULL THEM OR THEY WILL END UP STATISTICS ON THE ACC’S FILES. ACT NOW!! BE A HERO TONIGHT!

07/09/2016 PET PROFILE MEMO
07/09/16 09:35 Damien A1080545 is a young male brown tabby & white DSH feline who was trapped on a street in the Bronx where the finder traps cats to get them altered and or find them homes. They bring in the little ones to get them off the streets and to find homes. They stated Damien is a little hissy and will attempt to flee if he’s startled. During intake Damien allowed all handling. He allowed to be scanned (-), collared and to be taken pictures of. He was then picked up/held and placed into a kennel with ease where he retreated to his litter box and didn’t seem too interested in food even with KMR in it. Damien does appear to be ill as his eyes are watery, nasal and ocular discharge.
