CRUNCHY – A1067214
Safe - 3-25-2016 Manhattan
**SAFE 03/25/16** RIDICULOUS! CRUNCHY lived with 4 kids aged 2 to 17 and was GREAT with them, but has been sentenced to die because the family had a NEW BABY?! Supposedly the newest kiddo was developing allergies, but it’s every bit as likely that they just decided the house was too crowded, so the cat must go! Crunchy earned a super AVERAGE rating, has RAVE REVIEWS from volunteers, and needs a foster/adopter to save his life tonight! “A volunteer writes: Crunchy should really be called ‘Softy’ as he’s one of the gentlest, most loving boys you’ll ever meet and to paraphrase an old song–if you’ve got the petting honey, he’s got the time! Surrendered to our care when a new baby developed allergies, Crunchy has a great behavior evaluation and a ton of positive press from his former family to back it up. He likes to play with toys, lived in happy harmony with 4 children aged from toddler to teen, is easy in and out of his carrier and rides quietly in the car too–how many cats can boast these rare credentials? Crunchy can be shy around strangers at first but he quickly warms up (boy, does he!) and his owners describe him as friendly, affectionate and mellow. This gorgeous young guy would make a wonderful pet for almost any home and we’re all rooting for him to find one just as wonderful as he is. Brighten your day by visiting our Manhattan Care Center and asking for a Crunchy treat and get ready to fall in love!” volunteer writes: Crunchy should really be called ‘Softy’ as he’s one of the gentlest, most loving boys you’ll ever meet and to paraphrase an old song–if you’ve got the petting honey, he’s got the time!
