***SAFE 09/01/16***CRISTIANO is a kitten, only 5 months old. He was found by a good sam who brought him to the ACC thinking they were helping him. Well, it doesn’t take long for the ACC to decide who lives and who dies. They don’t play favorites between young and old. This little guy tried his best to get through the exams and tests that were given to him which he passed with flying colors. He allowed to be collared, photographed and picked up without a problem. Please see that this sweet tabby finds his way to safety and apply to adopt or foster him tonight!.

Cristiano was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to his behavior in his previous home. The finder reports he was very playful and allowed them to pick him up and place him into a carrier. He was a bit nervous upon intake, but walked out of his carrier when offered treats. He allowed all handling to be conducted during intake and during his initial medical exam. Reaction to Assessor: Cristiano was lying down and was calm, relaxed, and friendly. Reaction when softly spoken to: Cristiano meows softly. Reaction to cage door opening: Cristiano remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Cristiano meows, starts to knead, and arches his back. He turns his head around when pet on his lower back, but meows and leans in for petting. Reaction to being picked up: Cristiano remains calm and continues to purr when held.
