KATTY aka CRAWFORD – A1064647

**SAFE 03/02/16** DREAMSICLE CREAMSICLE NEEDS YOU-BE CRAWFORD’S HERO! A volunteer writes, “Is there a sound more peaceful than a contented cat’s purr? I doubt it. Crawford is a mellow fellow who purrs so softly but so happily when he is petted. He is a gorgeous redhead, a Morris the cat look alike, without the sarcastic comments. This young man is about four years old and ready to curl up on your lap and purr to his (and your) heart’s content. Please drop by and see him, you won’t be disappointed. Another volunteer writes: Today I spent a lot of time with Crawford. He is a red tabby cat who looks more cute than handsome because he has tiny eyes that give him a baby-ish look. But he’s a mature and quiet kitty who doesn’t come up and ask for attention. When you give him some loving, though, he goes absolutely nuts! He lays down, rolls around, shows you where to stroke his neck and purrs and purrs and purrs! This is all after he eats, which was the number one priority, of course. But once he was done, he was willing to let me pet his thick, soft fur for as long as I wanted. He is a very special kitty.” This darling gingerbread man came into the shelter on 2/7 as a stray surrender with a wound on his front right paw. Now that it has completely healed, this precious pet with an awesome pawsome average rating, has been fast-tracked to the at-risk list. Can you open up your heart and home to this typical orange boy? Typical–in that he is super sweet and affectionate as one would expect from a gingerbread man. Email our help desk–[email protected] Crawford needs us. We are his only hope. He only has tonight. Don’t let him down!!!!
