EENT: OU – mucopurulent discharge, crusting. No nasal discharge. H/L: Lungs clear. ABD/UG: Female. Pot-bellied. Palpation WNL. INTEG: Full, slightly dirty haircoat. MS: Amb x 4. Thin body condition. A: Underweight, underage. Mild conjunctivitis. P: Applied Terramycin OU. Rx Terramycin oint OU BID x 10 days. Excellent prognosis.
