Subjective: BAR, slightly prolonged skin turgor Observed Behavior – Good for medical handling, cries and squirms during vaccines Evidence of Cruelty seen – no Evidence of Trauma seen – no Objective T = NT P = 200 R = eup BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Dec dentition, no oral lesions, normal palate PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: 2 desc testicles, ext normal male, kidenys SS MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat, no ectos/lesions CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: NP Assessment 14 week old DSH MI 1.
